SHIPPING

CUSTOMER SUPPORT HOURS

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST excluding US national holidays.

 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed by 1:30pm EST (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) will ship the same day. During periods of high demand, your order may take 1-2 business days to process.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

All shipments in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. International shipments will ship via DHL.

 

DELIVERY RATES & FEES

Continental US: Standard ground is 3 to 7 business days (may be longer during periods of high demand) and free for orders $50+.  Shipping rates are provided during checkout and are based on the weight of your order and preferred shipping method.

 

Shipping cost/ fees/ taxes/ duties are not refundable. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

 

We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to do so in the coming months.

 

 

SHIPMENTS TO PO BOXES 

We ship to PO Boxes.

 

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

Contact orders@myhairlamode.com immediately. In some instances, we may be able to change the address if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to our warehouse, due to inaccurate or insufficient shipping information, your order will be refunded once we receive it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT

Should your shipment be held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. Hair LaMode is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change. 

 

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED/LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Please contact orders@myhairlamode.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-7 business days to investigate with the carrier.
